Delivery Details
The delivery times made known to the Customer are estimates only and we shall not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery. The Risk in goods passes to the Customer immediately upon possession being taken by the Customer or its Agent. Freight will be arranged by us on behalf of the Customer at the cost of the Customer and any such carrier shall be deemed to be the Agent of the Customer. The Customer may request insurance for the delivery and incur the relative costs involved.
Delivery Costs
Costs for delivery are shown on the checkout page, however we reserve the right to request further delivery payments before despatching the order. Further delivery charges may be requested if your order has multiple or large items.

Returns
Please choose carefully as we will gladly exchange but do not refund. Freight costs are incurred by the customer. Shoe Frenzy is not responsible for the damage of goods through misuse or improper handling.
Pricing Errors
Although we make every effort to ensure prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund
Faulty Goods
All faulty goods that are returned are required to have a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
Goods that are faulty must be exchanged within 7 days.
RA number can be obtained through e-mailing or calling Shoe Frenzy on (07) 4194 6180.
On return of the goods the RA number must be clearly visible on a label outside the box (do not write on the box), if no RA number is visible the goods will be directly returned to the customer at their expense.
We accept no responsibilities for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
If a product is returned as faulty and found not faulty, the customer will incur a fee of $30 (no-fault fee). |
